I HAD to share the recipe for these tater skinz. I made 'em for the first time last night for hubby to take over to a buddie's house for football-game-watching with the guys. It took a bit of time to make but WELL worth it. In fact, I ate just two of them--& that was my dinner! They are filling & delicious & they turned out perfect! Mr. WhiMSy love returned home with an empty pan too.
